Record Retention Policy

Records are kept for 7 years for all courses, participants, program offering, location, instructor that led course, reviewer names and credentials. All hours earned by each individual will be kept for 7 years. Any courses authored, developed and reviewed for courses will be kept for 7 years.

Program Cancellation Policy

Our no-issue cancellation policy is simple; please notify us at MFSCMain@masterfinancesolutions.com before the start of class and we will refund your entire course fee, no questions asked. In the event of a program cancellation, participants will be notified, by email, no later than 24 hours of that programs cancellation and offered to either reschedule, or, receive a full refund.

Course Update Policy

The courses are updated and reviewed no later than 2 years from the date of original course design and ongoing thereafter. Any changes needed to courses are made and revised to ensure the course is updated in a timely manner.
