Summary of Course:
This course is for those who have not used Excel at all or have seldom used it. We will walk you through the basics and describe what Excel can do by demonstrations and learning exercises. We intend to teach as well as have hands on learning for you to work through. Coming out of this course you should feel confident when you start working in Excel and will have a basic knowledge of the platform.
Learning Objectives:
Students who attend this course will leave with a beginners level understanding of Excel, including how to utilize basic functions, features and useful formulas within the tool.
General Requirements:
If you plan to do the hands-on learning by working through examples after demonstrations you must have a version of Excel installed on your computer. If you don’t have Excel installed on your computer you can watch along for the live demonstrations and explanations.
